At StudentHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our paid services and access codes.
2. Individual Access Codes
For individually purchased access codes:
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service
- Unused Codes: Unused access codes may be refunded at any time before activation
- Pro-rata Refunds: After 30 days, refunds may be provided on a pro-rata basis at our discretion for annual subscriptions
3. Institutional Licenses
For school or institutional purchases:
- Refund terms are specified in your institutional agreement
- Please contact your institution's administrator or our sales team for refund requests
- Pilot programs may have specific refund terms outlined in the pilot agreement
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and reason for the refund request
- We will process your request within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Access codes that have been redeemed and used for more than 30 days
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless otherwise stated)
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
6. Service Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service:
- Contact our support team first so we can attempt to resolve the issue
- If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund
- Service credits may be offered as an alternative to refunds for temporary outages
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
