StudentHub is provided as an organizational aid only and does not replace official academic systems or institutional communications.

StudentHub is not an academic authority and does not issue, modify, or validate academic requirements.

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying assignment details, deadlines, grades, and academic requirements directly within their official LMS or with their educational institution.
• Ensuring compliance with institutional policies and academic obligations.

StudentHub is not responsible for missed deadlines, academic penalties, grading outcomes, or institutional decisions.

4. User Accounts

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

You agree to notify StudentHub immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

5. Access Codes

Some features may require an access code provided by an educational institution or purchased individually.

Access codes:

• Are non-transferable
• May only be used by the individual or institution to whom they were issued
• May be revoked if misused or shared

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share account credentials or access codes

StudentHub:

• Does not control third-party services
• Is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, reliability, or data changes

8. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Certain features may require payment. Prices and features are displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise required by law:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Subscription features (if applicable) remain active for the purchased period
• StudentHub may change pricing with reasonable notice

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and all original content, features, designs, software, and functionality are the exclusive property of StudentHub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written permission.

10. Service Availability
